4 Firm Tomatoes, peeled, de-seeded and finely chopped
1 Large Onion (Red or White), peeled and diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, cored, de-seeded and finely diced
2 Red Chillies, de-seeded and finely chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Coriander
6 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Salt
- Put the chopped tomatoes in a salad bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and leave the salsa to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Tip: This goes very well with grilled meat dishes. (Low in fat so will not add unwanted calories).
