2 Garlic cloves
1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drain and reserve liquid
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Tahini
3/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Sour Cream (light)
- Mince garlic in the bowl or a food processor.
- Add 2 tablespoons reserved liquid and the remaining ingredients.
- Process until smooth, adding additional reserved liquid as needed to reach the desired consistency.
